3. The brain is automatic.
Many of our thoughts are lingering in the past as early as yesterday which is why it is so difficult to live in the moment and stay positive. However, doing so can make it so that you are able to react more positively than you normally would otherwise. So, forget whatever happened yesterday and remember, today is a new day!
4. Think well and be well.
All thoughts are genuine life experiences. All you have to do is change your thoughts for the better and the world around you actually becomes better!

In fact, it works harder when you are asleep than when you are awake. Amazing!
7. Turn off the negativity.
This can be called “active” rest and it simply means that it’s time to quick worrying about things that you cannot control right now and it’s a very useful kind of relaxation.
8. Out with the old, in with the new
We need to continue to make room for more memories and that often means letting go of some that are no longer needed in our daily lives. This is not a bad thing!
9. The brain feels no pain.
That is because it lacks the necessary receptors that are contained in the rest of the body. Only the blood vessels, nerves and tissues surrounding the brain can feel pain.
